- no payment is to be sent until im ready to work on your commission, this is incase I head away somewhere for a while or something similar, that way nobody is waiting on me and I can work when I feel up to it
- all payments are done before work starts and sent via ko-fi, I also do half up front and half afterwards
- I have the right to refuse work
- a full refund can be issued if I havent started work but only a partial refund can be if I have, and no refunds if the work is fully done
- mods arent for consoles, dont commission me for one if you dont have a PC
- depending on your models complexity, an additional charge might be issued
